Char Rose, the founder of Char’s Choice, has dedicated her life to service, helping others make it through devastating loss. This is one of her objectives when she shares during school and other presentations of the “Only 16: Tragedy of 2 Billys” documentary that she has produced.
Char Rose is married to Steve Rose, who is also a producer of the documentary. He is best known for writing “Leap of Faith: God Must Be a Packer Fan”. He was a friend and teammate of Billy Strassburg, the other Billy featured in the film.
